Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, mobile number, and role (student/mentor/admin).
- Study activity, test attempts, wallet transactions, and mentor chat messages stored for platform features.
- Payment metadata from Razorpay (order ID, payment ID, amount). We do not store full card or UPI PIN data.
- Technical logs such as browser type, IP address, and usage events for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide authentication, personalised dashboards, mentor connect, and billing.
- To process wallet recharges and service purchases through our payment partner.
- To improve platform performance, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
Data storage
User data is stored using secure cloud infrastructure (including Supabase) with access controls. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (e.g. payment processing, hosting, analytics) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing.
Your choices
You may request correction of inaccurate profile data or account closure by emailing support@yantraias.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
