How to request deletion of your YantraIAS account and associated personal data.

Account Deletion Request

If you want to delete your YantraIAS account and associated personal data, you can request account deletion by emailing: contact@yantraias.com

You must send the request from the email address registered with your YantraIAS account so that we can verify that you are the account holder.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to contact@yantraias.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
  3. Send the email from the email address registered with your YantraIAS account.
  4. Include your name and registered email address, or other account details needed to identify your account.
  5. YantraIAS may contact you if additional verification is required.

After verification, YantraIAS will process the deletion request.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, YantraIAS will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize applicable personal data associated with your account, including:

  • Account/profile information
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Usage/activity data associated with your account
  • Academic/performance data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may need to be retained where necessary for:

  • Legal or regulatory requirements
  • Tax or accounting requirements
  • Fraud prevention and security
  • Payment or transaction records
  • Resolving disputes or claims
  • Other legitimate legal obligations

Any retained information will be handled securely and retained only for as long as required for the applicable purpose.

Effect of Account Deletion

After account deletion is completed, you will permanently lose access to services and information associated with your account, which may include:

  • Purchased courses or educational content
  • Study materials
  • Test or academic records
  • Community access
  • Other account-related services

Account deletion may be irreversible after completion.
